Built between patients.
Kelsey Bailey is a nurse prescriber who runs her own clinic in Canary Wharf. This is the app she could not buy, so she built it.
The problem
Everything lived somewhere else. Bookings in Phorest, money in the bank, policies in a drive, the team in a WhatsApp group, and the only thing holding it together was me, at night, with a spreadsheet. I was losing track of what everyone was actually doing in the clinic.
It was not just me
I asked other clinic owners if their evenings felt the same. Too much to do. Overwhelmed. A brain that would not organise itself. Never quite in control, and never quite sure about the money. It turned out I was not the only one. They all did.
"Never quite in control, and never quite sure about the money."
Nothing did the owner
Clinic software does bookings. Accounting software does the year end. Nothing told me what needed doing today, whether the treatment plan went out, or what we actually made.
So I built it
It started with my own money page and an owner's home, for my clinic and nobody else. Within weeks the plan builder was in use between patients. The daily tally came next, then the team's day and the replies, then Comply and Socials, in the order the clinic hit the problem. Every screen on this site exists because my clinic needed it first.
"If it did not survive a month in my clinic, it did not ship."
KB Aesthetics London

The team use it every day: the tally, the handover, the plans, the checks. If something annoys them, it gets fixed that week.
Home by Six
The first evening I left with nothing chasing me, I understood what I had built. The name is the promise.
Who it is for
Clinic owners first: nurses, doctors, dentists, aesthetic practitioners of every kind, whatever booking system you run. Salon and barber owners: the Money, Vault and Clinic Hub rooms work for you today. The wording on the other rooms is still clinic-shaped.
Kelsey still runs the clinic.
That is the point. Book a demo and she will show you her own 9pm questions, answered.
